Which counties does DocketStream cover?
DocketStream covers 8+ Georgia counties with full data (rosters, court records, and corrections information) and 27+ Georgia counties with roster-only data. North Carolina county rosters are also available. Because coverage expands regularly, check the Roster tab inside the platform for the most current county list.
How often is data updated?

Update frequency depends on the data type:
- Jail rosters — refreshed every 30–60 minutes
- Court data — synced multiple times daily
- Sex offender registry — updated as the state reports changes

All data comes from authoritative public-record sources, including:
- Georgia county jail systems
- Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC)
- Georgia state court systems

DocketStream reflects exactly what the source agency publishes. If a source agency has an error or delay in their own system, that will be reflected in what you see on DocketStream.

- Starter — $29/month: Core search across all covered counties, real-time roster monitoring, and watcher alerts.
- Professional — $79/month: Everything in Starter, plus CSV exports and unlimited watchers.
- Enterprise — custom pricing: Everything in Professional, plus a full REST API, webhook integrations, and dedicated support. Contact us for a quote.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Account Settings. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you retain your current plan’s features until then.

DocketStream offers a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact support@docketstream.org for a full refund.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. After canceling, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

A watcher is a name-based monitor you configure to track a specific individual across DocketStream’s data sources. When a booking, release, or bond change is detected for that name, DocketStream sends you a real-time notification. The Professional and Enterprise plans support unlimited watchers.

Yes. CSV exports are available on the Professional and Enterprise plans. You can export search results, roster snapshots, and court case lists directly from the platform. If you need programmatic bulk access, the Enterprise plan includes a full REST API.
